Curry powder has been shown to provide anti-inflammatory benefits. That’s because of turmeric, coriander, and chili pepper. Turmeric’s main component is curcumin, known to fight inflammation by regulating inflammatory proteins, such as interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha.
